The story of a remarkable St. Thomas girl who braves often severe pain every day of her life. This is February 29th, Leap Year, and the day that’s recognized as world rare disease day. Tatum Blackwell lives with a rare disease, one that affects only 6000 Canadians. But her courage and determination is inspiring many people.
