Ottawa has approved graphic new labeling for cigarette packages and tobacco companies will have until March to comply. The new labeling will cover 75 percent of cigarette packages and include graphic pictures of a cancer infected mouth and an emaciated cancer stricken Barb Tarbox. Her husband and daughter accompanied the Health Minister for the unveiling of the campaign before a group of school children.
