Many people have trouble bringing their high blood pressure under control.  That can lead to heart disease, stroke or kidney failure.  Now a new implant is literally changing the minds of those who can’t get relief from drugs alone.

What’s good for the heart is good for the brain.  That’s the theory behind a new study by Lawson researchers which uses cardiac rehabilitation strategies for certain stroke patients.  It’s a study that could someday be a game changer in how we look at stroke recovery.
