Gaps in the sidewalk, patches of gravel, steep curbs, they can be an inconvenience to pedestrians.  They can be a lot more troubling than that to people in a wheelchair.  A new program at Parkwood Hospital hopes to give these people the skills to tackle everyday challenges.
