A new life and a new beginning for the London Health Sciences Centre. Meet Rowen Boultbee, she was born at 56 minutes past midnight. And she’s the first baby born at the Victoria Hospital’s new north tower. Rowen is about to get a lot more company as finishing touches are being put on this weekend’s massive transfer of all obstetrical care services from St. Joseph’s hospital. For Rowen’s proud parents, it’s nice to be number one.
